Waking up before the sunrise,we take a cold shower or swim in the nearest body of water,we cleanse our teeth face eyes ears hands feet and genatalia with water,we use the toliet empty our bowls,then we sit for meditation as the sun rises.This gives our pituitary gland a full dose of the solar energy and sets us up for the rest of the day.If we have done the practice correctly we will feel the solar force enter our pituitary gland and descend from there down through our nervous system and chakra system,invigorating us with the solar force for the day.This should be done daily as a foundation practice for all ones other earthly activities and service work.
